The "Conservative" government that introduced this bill has lost all credibility it ever had of being genuinely conservative. Overly demonstrative praying is wrong, but this would criminalise a quick, silent, prayer in passing, which is the politics of neoliberal hate.

will the free Palestine crowd be getting the same or is it ONLY peaceful praying Christians?
@GemmaHentschАй бұрын
How Christian. Also forced birther movement has a well documented history of violent extremism.
@HearGodsWordАй бұрын
@GemmaHentsch no such thing as forced birthing. If anything, it's abortion that gets forced on women.
@GemmaHentschАй бұрын
@@HearGodsWord it’s what anti abortion people are, they don’t want to reduce the abortion rate, they don’t actually care about children once they’re born, they only want to force people to give birth… hence the name.

@@HearGodsWord what else do you call people who have no interest in reducing the thing they claim to oppose, or in providing support and help to the children they want to force to be born?

How can you tell when someone's praying silently. The police on other words can arrest anyone walking past an a clinic, are they going to be mind-readers 😮😅
@GemmaHentschАй бұрын
It has nothing to do with silent prayer, it has to do with intimidation and harassment within zones designed protect people from intimidation and harassment.
@HearGodsWordАй бұрын
Silent prayer intimidates no-one
@GemmaHentschАй бұрын
@@HearGodsWord it wasn’t the silent prayer it was being inside a zone mean to protect people from being harassed and intimidated, in a manner clearly meant to be harassing/intimidating. The prayer component is irrelevant to the case.
@HearGodsWordАй бұрын
@GemmaHentsch but silent prayer is what people are doing, so its not irrelevant. They are not harassing or intimidating.
@GemmaHentschАй бұрын
@@HearGodsWord so they’re silently praying at home? Or outside the buffer zone?
@HearGodsWordАй бұрын
@@GemmaHentsch you can silently pray anywhere because it doesn't harass anyone and doesn't intimidate anyone. That's something people like you can't seem to understand.
