Big animals feel different when theyre not in a cage. We had bears snooping around causing problems from time to time. Nothing gives perspective better than turning around and seeing an animal the size of a car close enough that you know the only reason youre not getting eaten right now is because he just doesnt feel like it atm.

I got very close to touching a seal that was sleeping in San Diego on a rocky beach. My dad stopped me from touching it but i still got a photo six feet away from it. I felt like I could've gotten away from it if it got mad at me cause it was all boulders and legs are faster than they move.
