Patience is a virtue, when I find myself engaging in conflict I try to be the Tortoise and go for the long game, brushing off little attacks on the way to victory.

The letting go of the past was what my aunt was talking about of today with me thank u it helppped me your video she told me to pretend that they mom and dad one at a time was in front of me and to say out loud or in my head how I for give them for what they have done to me like the abuse and all that eles they have done and to keep on doing it or to write a letter that I donot send to them like in mental health letters not sent she said I have a lot to get rid of I keep on letting it go she is right my aunt

For the past year, I have focused on trauma healing and shadow work. Finally, my vibration is getting more and more higher and not everything can affect my emotion and peacefulness. This is actually very awesome. I want to say, healing and shadow work is too critical for everyone. Try to do as much healing meditation, innerchild meditation, trauma healing meditation💕🌈😍

My vibrational work comes, after having had my life's wounds healed, I'm "carrying it forward" by helping others who have been broken like I was. It took me 52 years to bring me to this place, and tho I'm still a work in process, I feel free at last. Thank you Christina😂

This is exactly what I needed to hear this morning. I was in such a good emotional state last week, but the insecurities and head-noise have been slowly turning up and I've just been feeling more pinched and frustrated. I knew I needed to do something about it so after journaling this morning, I asked for help from my guides and pulled a card from my oracle deck: Patience. It made me laugh because I knew it was a direct message and one I needed, but then I wondered if Lopes had a video for staying positive when life starts to drag on you, and I didn't even have to search. It was right there when I opened KZbin, the 2nd video in my recommendations. Thanks, Universe! Thanks, Guides! Thanks, Christina Lopes, you beautiful soul! I'm feeling much better and I know what I need to do now. I need more discipline in my daily practice, and I need to be patient.

Two Key traits needed - 1. Patience 2. Consistency. Ways to up the vibe ⬆️ 1. *Let go of the past.* How to know you need to heal the past and you still have unhealed past. A) you think about the past or trauma B) you get effected emotionally, when you talk or think about the past. C) you don't like to talk about it or even think about it. D) you just know it sometimes. In your intuition 2. *Self generate your thoughts and feelings* You are a self generated soul, be detached from outside world. Self Generate - love, compassion, peace, without help from anyone. You can! How? Walk nature, watch a movie, read a book, meditate, paint? Anything that makes you feel good. Bubble bath. Etc., Take a deep breath, even in difficult situations you can do it, after practice. 3. *Increase in resilience* You can see dr. Richard Davidson on how to increase it. A) become a solution seeking person - train yourself, lot of discipline, practice - aware - no complaints - feel. Let go, just try not to complain. B) hold a greater vision - no matter what! - I don't know why this is happening, but I know it's for better - Say In meditation. 3. *Embrace change.* - Heal inner child. - Trust yourself - Say I am safe. World is working for you. 4. *Focus on purpose* - if you don't knoe it yet Say - You have purpose, you came here on purpose. It'll reveal itself in due time 5. *Be patient* - everything is working out in divine timing. ❤️ - daily practices - exercises, meditation, nature. Everyday. Do them.

Thank you so much for another great video :) Yes, absolutely agree with everything as always :) There is only one thing I would like to add to this. I had so many accumulated past traumas from childhood and later ( totally disfunctional family, horrible childhood, 4 years of war during my 20-ties, wrong marriage and then second marriage which was all I ever wanted, but after 7 years my husband died and I was suddenly alone with 2 small children) I tried to heal all my wounds but they would come back and I had so many traumas that healing step-by-step would take years and years ....and I wanted to live now , to enjoy, not to go back to past, dig things up, so I realised that I must find "express" solution, because I have 2 kids looking at me and only me. So I explained to myself that all my pain, all my wounds and everything what happen in the past is "my story" and I explained to myself that all of it is in the past. nothing exist in present moment. I was telling to myself: "All that doesn't exist any longer, your mind is creating that now, but that doesn't exist in reality" and " all that is just a story of my mind" and " go back to the the present moment and to the body and you are free" The idea of being free from all that was so appealing to me that I practiced " going into the body" and "stepping out of the story" every day as much as I could. And it worked for me. (of course a large quantities of patience is needed but motivation was so strong in my case that "there was no way back") Maybe it will not work for everybody, maybe someone has to heal wounds one by one, but for me "to step out of the story" and to look at the story as separate mind-created form was my way out if it. I hope that this can help to somebody on the same way your videos and articles are helping me . Thank you so much :)

I recently started doing Tai Chi, and I can definitely see that it helps teach patience. The movements are so slow you have to learn to slow down in order to do it. I definitely recommend it for those who struggle with being patient.

When I feel some pain, stress or discomfort in some part of my body, I close my eyes, focus on that part of my body, my respiration and my hart bit, then I say in my mind "ama" ["love"]. In a few moments the pain, stress or discomfort sensation dissipates and its transmuted to a higher vibration, love, which makes me feel physical release, joy and pleasure. I do the same thing when a tough or idea or even a situation or person is bothering me. When something is real bad, like when my mom got sick or died, said process is activated automatically a few moments before I even perceive the low vibration, I feel filled with high frequency energy, I see it emanating from by entire body and inundating the room, it looks amber. I also hear a high frequency sound inside my head like crickets. I feels it as a warm pleasant sensation in all my body and I test it in my mouth like nectar. I call it glory. Every person nearby feels it and can't help it but resonating in same frequency and begun laughing and shining and exhaling peacefully and comfortably

In 2011, I got into therapy to deal with sexual molestation from my adopted father. I had repressed and suppressed the contacts. I was a "groomed child," so I carried immense shame and guilt. By 2017, I started healing spiritually. I proudly use Liberian dancing, of stomping my feet and all, for even more healing. I also use Crystals, Journals and other things to deal with unusual fears. It's working; when I am alone, I am NOT lonely! Thanks

I loved all the info on healing past trauma. My awakening was super traumatic . I suffered alot of rejection . My world turned completely upside down. I appreciate you sharing parts of your journey with us. It gives me a feeling of hope. I have alot of healing work to do. Thank you beautiful!😘

Being more patient rings a bell with me. Trusting that the practices I choose for the day to move forward with are the best choices. There are so many practices and ways to heal and that is a wonderful thing, but sometimes knowing which one to focus on for the day can be donating. Sometimes I just pick a practice and say I trust this path to bring healing into my life. When I say practices I mean meditation, exercise, self Reiki, working with crystals, frequency music, journaling, affirmations, mantras etc. you name it it’s out there. So being patient that all paths lead to healing and peace. Thankful for your videos they have brought me into the healing process I need to be in right now. 🙏❤️🦋🌞

Good veido. I use pep talks everyday. Sometimes ,I dont feel them but I still tug along. I feel Um going backwards in life, as I age. Then other times I feel like I have so much to say to the youth or others that are suffering. I listen to comedy veidos when I am in a low vib. Election is soon and I find myself getting caught up in that hurricane. I want to be helping the immigrants and orphans but everytime I try to daydream, I get told all my failures. Its hard living with family. I sold my trailor two yrs ago and have been at others mercy. I am asking my source today, what is my purpose here on earth or am I just stuck like so many others. Two hrs into my morning now. I know what to do. I am going to do a gratitude list. Thanks Christina for being here in spirit. You are a wonderful teacher.

I have been working on interacting with life for about a month now and it's been challenging since COVID struck, but I still see the importance of showing up because life goes on. The first tip that I'm going to implement into my life is becoming a solution oriented person. I have the ability to be optimistic, but I can allow other people's vibes and beliefs to influence me negatively. By becoming a solution oriented person, I will practice thinking for myself, being more positive, and having more faith.

That is a trip...every time I manage to truly change in some way, I just KNOW it is done. An example is i used to cut my hair...even as a 50 year old. But I got rid of it...it's gone I feel it. I dont know what I healed...something to do with self acceptance. CORE. Also I notice that if I want to make a change of habit I think about it, and after awhile it happens organically. You are AMAZING. Yeah I can't seem to reach the thing that needs healing...i just can't get to it.

Christina you are awesome in your teaching. I have never heard anyone mention that, you have to heal past traumas before you can raise your vibration. This is so true. I am a living example of that. Once I healed my traumas, my vibration started it ascension. I feel so peaceful and am the happiest I have ever been. You are among the great teachers.

Being a fire sign I do move a bit faster than others. I work in the field of recovery & addictions. My lesson over the summer was to temperance my fire energy. Yes my frustration has gotten much better

I'm a ♐Sun, Mercury, and Neptune... I never understood how "Temperance" in tarot represented us, bc I struggle with patience... A "patient Sagittarius" is an oxymoron to me🤦🏽‍♀️🤣. Thank u for this... I really thought I would have to settle for yo-yo vibration cycles all my life. I had NO idea your vibration could be set permanently! This is a game changer for me, as I'm entering another portal. I've healed from the Empath vs Narc dynamics with my father, step father and past love relationships.... Now I gotta heal the maternal wound with my mom, which is relatively just a couple of months old. I have started meditating 🧘🏽‍♀️ in the mornings, which is getting better and longer - and considered EXTRA CREDIT bc I'm a ♊🌜 & ⬆️... we live in our heads🤦🏽‍♀️😂 . My sessions are getting longer, and I'm showing myself compassion as I know that healing isn't linear. Thank you again for the "just in time" info 🙏🏽💐💐

Thank you! I found you at rock bottom and have climbed my way up with the help of your videos. This message was the validation I needed or an answer to my request for guidance. I search everything within. I’ve spent the last two years practicing patience. I took my lesson not willingly but well and have become strong with patience. It can be exercised. I’m in the... I didn’t realize I needed to heal that and have been the last few weeks starting that process. Understanding the pain, why, where, how.... feel it... embrace it for making me stronger... and let that shit go. I’ve become really good and understanding trauma and how to fill its voids with Self 💗 been two of the hardest years of my life. I wouldn’t change it for anything. Our possibilities on earth are endless and I’m only beginning to understand! Heal to be whole... because why wouldn’t you want to be!

Damn Straight! Be Joyful in Your Daily Life! Nut on the Head, or did I say that backwards? Christina hit it! No matter how down you life seem at the moment- I went 4 years homeless with my Pups, but I always knew, since this wassn't something ( I ) created, I'm supposed to be learning a Lesson. When that lesson was learned, real life as a Citizen was retored upon me. Now, I appreciate every last penny I have, every last look I receive from a friend, every last spider that makes a web in my Trailer to combat the Flies- Nothing goes Unnoticed or Unappreciated.

Thank you for this video. I am really happy to finally find other people who understand that without healing, deep, true healing nothing will ever change. You can think as many positive thoughts you want, you can do affirmations for years, you can even reinvent a new personality but if you don't confront your past and heal your wounds nothing will actually last. I have seen that happen again and again and again. Self proclaimed "new age gurus" with unresolved issues themselves, trying to convince people that no healing is needed and that there's a magical way they can skip that part, and when that doesn't happen, because 9 out of 10 it doesn't, and people get frustrated then the blaming game begins. It is your fault little one that you can't raise your vibration of course, not the "gurus". Every time the same. I cannot even count the times people came to me almost depressed because they couldn't find this magical nirvana, having spent crazy amounts of money only to be blamed and shamed for their incapability. Really now??!!! Anyways, I can literally talk about this for hours, this is a big trigger for me. Thank you again, beautiful video. 💖💜💙

Also continuing my daily routine of meditation and praying for forgiveness of people who hurt me and forgiveness of myself in hurting other people heals the wounds of the past! Love the last part about the alterior motives, they really shouldn’t be the main motivation. At the moment I am experiencing the whole beauty of being - and nothing special is happening on the outside. But since I am vibrating higher I notice small things becoming better and that is also beautiful. Thank you for the great tips Christina!!! 🙏🏻

wow. i am so blessed and gratefull all of that are already my natural me its my mindset even before my awakening.but. i can feel the wounds that i steel have is my self value ,but i am healing it by learning stand in my power .

It’s not the first time I think you’ve read my mind somehow! It’s like I’m feeling something or going through a rougher time and you make a video about it or post something on Facebook related to it. And this particular video has just wowed me! I’ve been having a very bad 2 weeks, I haven’t felt like this in 2 years, and struggling with keep my spirit up when I’m feeling so low. And this video came out! I’m still dealing with the patience bit, I’m really very impatient, guess it’s like you, I have a lot of energy/fire within me and I’m used to take things with my hands, so having to wait for life to decide when it’s “her” right time has been a struggle. I’m getting better at it but man, it’s been so hard. So thank you so much for this video, it has helped me a lot. Just need to keep working on the patience lol.

Ugh, your points about patience and the body being in space time make so much sense. I've read all the healing stuff Joe Dispenza has put out, and I feel like this is a serious missing factor in his work. Actually, I feel like almost everyone published by Hay House has missing elements to their work, if I'm being... generous. It was likely started with good intentions, but every author I've read from that publishing house tends to feel very inauthentic, very "you can just think all your problems away" or "just ask angels (fairies, unicorns, etc) to fix it". And the books tend to be repetitive, same material over and over again, to sell the next new book. :/ It's so hard picking through the fluffy crap out there, trying to find real material with the hard truths and the practical, uh, practices. Thank you for putting out stuff of value. If you're looking for video suggestions, I'd love you to put together a recommended reading list. You've clearly found some good stuff.

It was so nice to hear this perspective on resilience. I have always thought of myself as a resilient person, I even tattooed the word on my body at one point in my life lol. But after allowing myself to constantly fall back into old patterns with a partner who didn’t reflect to me the level of respect I know I want, I started to hate the word resilient. I started to reject it even. “I am tired” “I don’t want to be resilient any more” Thank you for helping me reclaim the meaning of this word ♥️ I am so grateful for your teachings

This video really spoke to me, Christina!!! The Tip I will commit to is "Embrance Change"! I need to change my rigid belief that I must replace what I lost (my romantic partnership) before I can be happy again. I've had HUGE dips in my vibration as I heal from a sudden, unexpected divorce and childhood emotional neglect (at age 65, no less). But because I am resilient and consistent in my healing work, I bounce back from those dips; and when I do, my vibration is always higher than it was previously; very gradually, I'm feeling better. And yes, it has required a lot of patience; especially during the low points when I think "This again?" I have to remind myself that the lows are a part of the process, they will pass, and I'll learn from them and make progress. Patience? My healing has been taking YEARS! I couldn't stick with it without accepting that it is taking more time than I would like. To self-generate positive feelings, in addition to my favorite activities, I also have to cry the grief energy out and to step back and acknowledge that my emotional pain does not fit the facts of my life. And that's also how I've known that I need healing: I have a fantastic life, yet I am grieving so hard! I overreact to situations that are not life-threatening or even life-changing. If that isn't an indicator of needing to heal my past, I don't know what is! Most important, I don't give up on my goal of returning to happiness and joy. I keep working to remove the obstacles to it and to let in the light that is all around me. These tips are so helpful. YOU are so helpful on my journey back to happiness. Thank you!

I HAVE TO listen to positive affirmations while I sleep to reprogram my mind while healing past trauma and finding my purpose! During the day I have to get out and interact with people because I work from home.

To stay in a higher vibration.... I made it my goal to BE in full service to my inner peace! As soon I'm not fully connected to my inner peace.... I KNOW there is work to do for me! And the more I exercise in finding my inner peace.... the more talented I become :)

Mean changing the way people think! OMG I think now I am scared but no one else will and it is why I was put here! Hey Christine try to remember time is a construct that we humans made and so there is no reason this life has to end! Take your own advice here we will fun into terrible things lost loved ones to time etc. but to make a real change as you said takes time and it is beging to look like I might live for 200 to over 1000 years.

Thx so much crishtina... when I realised that I have wound in my heart. (The anger and sadness old wound.) the next day, pop! I'm watching your vid. It's like the timing is perfect. and I do agree too with high vibration. There is no instant permanent. It's change from how your view of life. And the connection within ourself. No one can help us to instanly raise our vibration instantly. I realize it from my experience trying. And blink! The thought just come up in my mind. No way this is the balance. Thx so much.. you reassured my way again. May happiness always be within us.
