Great tips thank you! Here's one thing about affirmations that always gets me when I repeat them - I get bored easily and they're just words I'm repeating which feels rote no matter how hard I'm trying to get into the feeling. One day I got the inspiration to SING out my affirmations, and holy guacamole that made all the difference. Singing it aloud made me get into the feeling. When I get more into the feeling the more emotional I get and the more the affirmation starts to feel embedded into my body. Also, I phrase my affirmations in the form of a question. I am loved vs why am I so loved? The question right away makes your brain think that the affirmation is already true and begins to act as if true. Look up "The Great Little Book of Afformations" - note the spelling of the word with an o instead of an i.

The tip that I got for affirmations and it really has helped me, is to stand in front of a mirror and pointing at yourself and then reword your affirmation. Exchange the I for you. So instead of saying I am strong and worthy, point to yourself in the mirror and say you are strong and worthy. It’s always easier to believe things about other people than ourselves

There are no obstacles only challenges which help us to grow or heal. Challenges can be difficult or joyful depending on the level of consciousness or attitude they are being perceived from. Meditation or any practice that alters our state of consciousness in an empowering way helps us to experience the challenge as joyful or at the very least have peace, faith and equanimity in the face of it. At a certain stage of spiritual development all challenges become enjoyable.

Just while listening to you, I tried with the statement "I am everything" while trying to visualize and feel the cosmos state just before the explosion. And I tried to feel it. I felt it. I can't explain but I sure could not stop myself from repeating it for 5-7 times with a smile. I felt the vibration of my body cells. I felt a difference. A joy? Calmness? It's rather inexplicable. Now I'm thinking if this is just my thinking but not the real experience..... Some of my affirmations : I'm everything. Everything is me. I love myself as much as I love everything else. I am lovable. I am capable. I am cool. I am the soul that stuns me every time I look at my eyes. I don't desire or need something to rely on. Everyone is unique including myself. These are based on my ego problems. Are they fine?

If you feel good, if you feel positive emotion, when you say any affirmation then it is fine. Don't say them with the intention to fix what you call your ego problems. Just say affirmations because they are true and because they feel true to you. Affirmations are really about CREATING THE EXPERIENCE of something that is ALREADY TRUE. The positive feeling and the frequent repetition is what causes what you are focusing on to manifest itself. Emotion is the energy which attracts outcomes and results which correspond to the frequency of the emotion. Thoughts/words are the blueprint/the design/the seed/the pattern. Choose whatever feels good to you and keep repeating that over and over.

I use affirmations. I wrote them but I want to try this way from now on. My first affirmation was given to me was from the leader of a sober house I used to live at. It is "I love being sober!" It worked! Though I did relapse and left the sober house, I stuck to this affirmation. I stuck to it even when I was wasted drunk. I no longer struggle with alcoholism. Many affirmations have been incorporated since that sober house. I find when I write them, my penmanship improves as I begin to really beleive what I am writing out. Thank you for your teaching. ❤💚💙

I am an older person that has been doing affirmations for decades.....when I felt like you did...I finally realized, for ME, that I needed some Inner work. I am Now learning to be open to my Feelings...Coming from an era that stifled it. I have been taking courses to open up my shadow work and am learning to FEEL...not just know these events and situations. Its has been a process for me and at 72 years old, I am continually enlightened and encouraged to not give up. Great video 🔥 Thank you. In my own practice, I always do the affirmations AFTER clearing some gunk out / the actual limiting and negative beliefs that exist in the subconscious mind and energy body and not bypassing it. In my experience no matter how many affirmations I do, it doesn’t clear the gunk underneath that requires it’s own attention, sitting with, healing and letting go of. In order to plant a new garden, it’s best to pick the weeds first, as they say. With love 💚🙏

I am using Hooponopono, I find it relaxing and I really identify with the affirmation I listen to .I also use my own, If I feel compelled to work on Forgiveness I repeat Today I forgive myself. I forgive myself for whatever emotion is bothering. Then I said, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Then I said, I let it go and I trust that the Universe is helping me with this. I trust, I surrender 🙏 that everything is working for my highest good, not only for me, but for everyone in my surroundings or the Universe. Then, I said Thank you God or Higher Power because it's being taking care of whatever it's bringing this suffering in my life, it's stopping and the adecuate it's coming. Letting go of the expectation that I am going to get what I ask. I surrender to the Universe it's going to bring what is necessary for me, not specifically what I want. I love you. You have helped me to not feel crazy. Namaste.

Don't affirmations contradict divine rules such as "Ask, and it shall be given" and "You have to ask only *once* " ?! 2.) The Law of Attraction is based on our true energy; So if I (just as an example) wanted to win the Lottery but didn't believe it can actually happen, I could affirm as much as I wanted and *still* never win the Lottery; Is that correct?

I have a question. If you believe in source/god/ the divine etc as our creator, then how and where does the Big Bang come in? I’m not criticising just asking, I want to understand. I’ve had a life of going from one religion to another, one belief to another, I’ve just left Christianity because I really believe in this spiritual path, but I do believe in creation somehow and not the Big Bang 🤔 just trying to figure things out, I feel like I’ll never get there! I can't use affirmations that tell a lie, no matter how much people repeat them. Ones like "you are loved" and "the universe supports you" aren't supported by my own senses, and I can't deny the evidence of my senses.

Okay what she's talking about is called instinct. When you get into a situation your brain analyzes the area that you're in and it comes up with a predetermined theory of what could be in the area and how you can escape it by pre-org data it's called instant perception that's all it is. When she says that without control it can drive your mind insane yeah I can that's why I have to take control of your mind. And master it so doesn't drive me insane but biases are not bad. They keep you safe. Biases are not bad. What is bad is having someone else tell you how you should think and feel if a person wants to understand themselves go on the world and live look go to the library look up books look up knowledge look up anything you want study. Stop listening to people that say they understand you but really they have no idea who you are. If you want to know yourself look down at your feet and take the first step she can't tell you no one can tell you the only one that can tell you is yourself. Live your life I'm not saying be irresponsible you like I'm just saying live your life and have fun with your friends and family meditate off and on keep your mind focused on what you want to do with your life and if you don't like what your life's going then change it it's up to you.

I’m a bit confused about whether or not I can use affirmations with different themes within a 10 minute period. If I repeat one theme at least ten times, can I not then switch to another and repeat that ten times as well? If someone needs affirmations of self-love, abundance, and health, how do I split those different themes up within the same day?
