Did anyone notice the subliminal words that flashed twice at the bottom of the screen? One of the words is hunters and somebody actually says it at the same time it’s flashed on the screen at the bottom. I had to rewind it a couple times the word traitors also flashes on the screen, but it is part of the lyrics. this song has undertones of child trafficking. But it is mesmerizing, and I agree with the person who made the original comment that they have brought Pachelbel alive After 300 years. I can’t stop listening to the song she has a beautiful voice, and to take this music and put words to it, and sing them to make it fit is brilliant and genius. I have to admit I really wish they would do a version without the F word it’s just not necessary. This piece of work doesnt need it. she should be performing this with an orchestra, and it should be filmed. I think this is truly an incredible piece of art that she has created but without Pachelbel, it would not be. I was not even familiar with the name, Pachelbel but when I heard the original, I recognized it. has anyone ever taken pieces from that time period And put words to them before? it is very unique

Anger born of being in a minority group used as a political football, a boogeyman to point and laugh and distract, turned into an apparently acceptable target for the most incompassionate hatred and vitriol despite the fact that the vast, vast majority of this group want nothing more than the opportunity to be true to themselves and live in "a time, at some place, where it makes sense" to reconsile how they feel inwardly with who they are outwardly, in safety.
@deceiver4442 ай бұрын
@@dat_boii it's not possible to please everybody when we're true to oneselves and that's fine. Better focus on the people supporting than the people bringing you down. I hope Christine eventually reaches that point where she don't lose her energy responding to her detractors anymore. Because it's a vicious cycle : it doesn't change the mind of anybody fans and haters alike and only make her look like a whining weirdo to the general mainstream audiences and many media just feed off this toxic spiral making things even worse for her. Just received ‘Paranoia, Angels, True Love’ triple album on vinyl that this song is from and on first listen, it is really, really good. Going to take a few more listens to let it all sink in. It’s pretty complex music, vocally and instrumentally. But man does Chris have a voice. Some major talent, writing, singing and the way he moves. To have Madonna as a big fan and her contributing to three tunes is quite an honour. And this tune ‘Full of Life’ on big speakers, blow my freaking mind. You just don’t hear the bass that kicks in with the ‘venom’ line on KZbin. Engineering and sound quality is brilliant. @@jimmyheights5143 If you fancy hearing a different variation using the same theme, check out Coolio’s treatment of it on his 1997 track “C U When You Get There”. It’s quite superb. There’s a couple of videos on KZbin of him performing it live. Anthemic!

I love that Chris is different and was not afraid to take a chance on re mastering Pachelbel classic because of Christine and the Queens it allowed it to come to life again and now 300 years later others are allowed to fall in love the same way they did 300 years ago. Pachebel lives on in Chris.

You should check out Coolio’s treatment of this piece on his 1997 track “C U When You Get There”. It’s superb. And just as moving - although in a different way. Terrific KZbin video of him performing it at a concert in Holland. Have a look at it. Epic.
I would have never thought I'd live long enough to hear the Pachelbel Canon ( a work of art created more than 300 years ago, mind you) made into a pop song! Amazing!
@seanwhite46686 ай бұрын
It's been made into multiple pop songs. Because as it turns out, 16th, 17th and 18th century composers were more talented than the all of the modern music world combined. It also turns out, that if you truly dedicate your entire life to the core essence of music, you produce timeless compositions that allow your fellow man to transcend mortality for a brief moment. Or, you can just turn out another catchy piece of pop trash that people will listen to for a year and make a bunch of money.

Canon in D Pachelbel is one of the most beautiful classical music pieces ever written. incredibly simple in progression and something that resonates in those few simple chords. hauntingly beautiful. And you will NEVER hear it the same way again as when you 'walk your daughter down the aisle to that song'. speaking from experience, in an instant this piece of music has a completely new meaning and each time brings me back to that wonderful sad most proud day when i realized my little girl was now grown. choking back the tears and the lump in the throat!!
