Hey friends, I want to clarify something in my video. During the video, I said that when going into a marriage that if you want a father involved with the kids and helping around the house, I was speaking about Robyn, not me or you or anyone else. I was also not discounting that many people don’t have fathers and plenty of mothers raise their kids as single mothers or some with another woman. My statement was about Robyn’s beliefs at the time and that she wanted the kids to have a father involved and a partnership with her husband. But that wasn’t what she signed up when she became a plural wife. By no means am I implying that a child is lesser or not complete if they don’t have a father or if their father isn’t around/involved. I’m speaking to the specific situation and topic here. This is coming from me, someone that has no relationship with my own father by choice ❤ Also, the link to the full podcast is above in the description box. Heather is aware that I am discussing her interview. Heather has been an extremely supportive podcaster and peer in this very wild world. She covers. Tons of topics and is probably most known for her coverage of Bravo shows. Her guilty pleasure is Sister Wives. She also has a heart for people impacted by cults and spiritual abuse. This similar connection is how we initially came into contact a few years ago. We were both covering a story about a group in LA & both of us were targets of legal letters. If you remember Jenelle‘s couch talk when she was observing Robin in the beginning and she was talking back to Cody she was thinking oh my this isn’t gonna go over well, and yet it did. I listened to the interview in its totality, very insightful and refreshing. Many questions answered. So Kody actually does not have a job outside the show. I don’t think Christine said they were pretending polygamy works, she had an aha moment! She had been trying to make things work like in any other marriage, until she came to the realization that she was not regarded as a family member.
