Hey Friends, If you get all the way to the end, and you still accuse Preston of not paying child support, then you may have missed a key point of this video. PRESTON did not believe he owed child support because ROBYN closed the case in 2012. Robyn was making more money than Preston. When they divorced, Robyn left him nearly bankrupt. She spent around $30k on credit cards, and then HIS family bailed her out to pay off the debt. She didn't use it to pay the debt off. Thus, she walked away with the $30k in credit card debt. BUT he still had to pay back his family. So she never paid back his family. He had NO MONEY due to her misspending. THen she continued to abuse him in court. He sent whatever he could. But he was BROKE. During this time, he went back to school & worked double and triple shifts. Anything extra he had, he sent to her. Robyn closed the case & then back tracked. You might have addressed this and I just wasn’t paying close enough attention, but was there an order stating that Preston no longer owed support? Because technically that’s the only way support can stop. CSED is just enforcing an order, it’s the order that makes him obligated to pay. TONS of non-custodial parents pay the custodial parents directly and the state is never involved. However, I do think Robyn manipulated Preston into thinking that he didn’t owe (if the order didn’t change) And yes, I work for a child support agency. Also, I completely apologize if I missed where you talked about the order changing.

Funny isn’t it? What’s even funnier is why didn’t Christine see this and pursue Kody through the court system? Kodster would’ve had to pay not only for Ysabel but also Truely’s hospitalization. Guess Kodster knows how he’ll be treated when Robyn moves on with Arielle and Solomon. When will she accuse Kody of doing the same thing to them that she falsely accused Preston. I wish his family could speak out more about everything that Robyn put him through, maybe paid interviews to help with Preston’s treatment or something to help him heal. There are ways to make it easier to beat cancer that are so simple if people would trust the method. I’ve been to a place that does that & wish I could send him to do the treatment while his new family can be with him to enjoy his free time especially since it’s located at a very beautiful vacation spot but enough away from the noise to be able to really heal in a unique but very effective way!

I feel so badly for Robyn’s ex-husband. And it is so sad when a person has no money to pay an attorney to fight for his rights. Had he the money for legal fees, I can tell you that he, the real dad, would have custody! And where is Merri in all of this? I feel dreadful for her too. Kody and Robyn’s song and dance to her was that Kody could not adopt Robyn’s kids unless Kody and Robyn were married. Again, here is Merri desperately needing legal council because Kody and Robyn lied about that. The poor girl ended a twenty something year marriage for no reason. Made all kinds of accusations against him to her new spouse and the kids. After years of this she demands he give up his rights so the new man can adopt them. He ends up doing it. Other than the mom being on tv, something similar happened to my dad and his children with his ex-wife. My dad was absolutely heartbroken. She cashed the child support checks at her local bat. Their mom would call my dad drunk and when she was told not to call anymore, she promised the kids were hers and any grandchildren would only be hers. She was able to keep the promise she made to my dad. The kids changed their last name to their stepdad of a couple of years (I understand they weren’t married long) and he only saw his kids a few times after this. She also lied on divorce documents that he abused her, as the state was not a no-fault state at the time. However, she was having an affair with a mutual friend who served my dad the divorce papers. So, this horrible behavior happened 60 years ago and still continues to happen today. Robyn used the kids as pawns in her plan to become Kody’s legal wife and for storylines. Absolutely disgusting. Preston and the kids were victims of the fallout.
