Same with women 🥹 I think maybe she’s thinking that too and doesn’t want to get denied but I guess that’s a fairy tale scenario

I've been watching your videos lately and I think your understanding of the material is really good and your channel will definetely grow. However I ask that you rethink your opinion on apologizing before you walk away. If you apologize to a person that clearly already sees you as a low priority especially if the reason is you overpersuing you give them even more power and in a way you are apolizing for being into them. So in case that you haven't done anything really bad or mean or hurt them in some way, absolutely do not apologize. You can take responsibility after and if they come back with more attraction by saying: I for sure could've done some things much better but i''m a different person now, lets just forget about the past and have fun in the present moment!

Thank You, love! I have been in separation with my twin flame since Feb of this year. We were in Union for 5 years. He’s a dismissive avoidant. He’s left all his garage stuff here and it’s going on 8 months. He even has taken my daughter out to dinner here and there and school clothes shopping the last few months. But claims he needs to focus on a lot in his life and has a lot to work on. Which I think we both do. The space was needed but I feel so abandoned. Anyways it’s always been me or my daughter reaching out and while things are calm and he’s been nice everytime I’ve seen him. He hasn’t moved on. He’s just working a lot and hanging with his guy friends. I did make a mess when we broke up. I chased and begged and was anxious and said a lot of mean things. I did apologize months ago. So after that I’ve given him space. Now this month he wants to go to cedar point with me and my daughter for her bday and Halloweekends. So I’m trying to just remain calm and let things flow. But he did mention months back I need to accept that maybe we will always just be friends. That his work on himself could take years and by then I’ll be moved on. It seems hopeless and like he’s manipulating me. Hovering and leading me on. False hope. But maybe I just need to let things be and leave him alone. I have gotten way better at controlling myself. I’m still so angry and hurt and sad. It’s been really hard on me. Oh! And a month after we broke up his mother died. So I think it’s just been over all very hard on both of us. A lot has happened since then. But I can feel the attraction and love still there. I’ve been working on myself entirely.

Ugh yes over message. And I’m super anxious. Codependent. It’s been super hard to heal my Father wounds and abandonment and self control these past 8 months. This inner work is hard asf. I’ve been in a dark night of the soul like every other week this year lol

The best practice to have emotional control is to do "Semen Retention". Ive been doing it over a month now and it really has an impact with my emotions. I am now more calmer and more patient. I dont easily get agitated.. All men should practice it..

Hi Christine. Amazing content. You should be proud. Anyhow, been in no contact for 24 days now after an 18 month relationship. She just kept reducing our time together to practically nill . Three hours a week for about the last month. This is due to her growing kids schedule and refusal to involve me even after 18 months. So I broke up with her. And went into NC. My goal was pretty much to have her miss me, appreciate me, and want me back. I want her back, but I’d like to see things change. Who’s responsibility is it to make the contact since she’s the one Who slowed things greatly, but I broke up with her. By the way, I meet your friend said she was absolutely blindsided by it. So who’s responsibility or who should reach out, and if it’s me, when? Thanks so much

My ex split with me 8 weeks ago we where together 6 and half years and her reasons where that she doesn’t love me and just doesn’t want to be with me anymore, I’ve done all the wrong things begging pleading crying and all sorts I’m hoping walking away no and basically acting cold to her makes her come back
