I was 9 years old that Christmas. I miss my years in the single digits. The week of Christmas, Harry Smith of CBS This Morning subbed for Dan Rather.

glad to see you uploading again, love the video, only thing id think about if you keep going forward is keeping it to one solid color or image behind the tv since the shifting colors are a bit distracting a a dim room

$23 for TMNT 2 in 1991... damn that was expensive. That's about $52 in today's cash. Thanks mom and dad.... for buying that for me 30 years ago, haha.

So weird seeing cable channels being unique and different.... instead of airing nothing but the same "reality" TV bullshit that they all air now - the channel its on its arbitrary. Reality show that's on A&E could easily be on USA.. TNT... TBS, etc.... which is why people are cutting the cord. Once the History Channel stopped being... you know... THE History Channel is when TV died IMO. That Channel used to be my go to for actually interesting entertainment. TBS used to be pretty good too until it became essentially TV Land for 90s sitcoms..... airing nothing but Seinfeld, friends, and everybody loves Raymond reruns nonstop. The only time I'll actually view cable television is if I'm staying in a hotel and I feel like they might as well just call TBS the Everybody Loves Raymond network because every time I turn that Channel on that show is always on. Just like the History Channel might as well be called Pawn Stars/American Pickers Television... PSAP TV for short.

I would've thought Bob Barker still had dark hair in 1991
