To make the cheaper trees look fuller, you can wrap it with garland. The garland should match the tree.

Very nice and colorful! A quick suggestion: Husband got me double sided masking- not regular clear - tape, think of heavy-duty Command Strip, cut a piece and tack it to metal tray and press it to your lamp or even your wall for a secure hold, hope this helps, believe you can get this at any hardware store, Thanks for sharing your beautiful decor!

Everything looks adorable! I am decorating with a gingerbread house/bakery kitchen theme . I have done it a couple of years and add to my collection. I have had a hard time trying to resist the pastels . It looks great together . I love how you incorporated the two together!

​@@ChezTiffanie I like it! It's the same look I'm going for. I got a Christmas blanket with all these colors on it and that is why I'm doing the pops of green and peppermint mixed with pastels. To me when everything is pastel I don't like it but with touches of traditional red and green I love it and it screams candyland Christmas to me. If it was only pastels it just reminds me too much of Easter which I love Easter also but at Christmas time I want to see touches of traditional colors mixed in.
