Beautiful family. Which village is this? I'm ugandan from the North and transitioning to resettle there from the UK. Flying over soon and would love you all to visit and stay at ours in Gulu.

Thank you! It's not easy AT ALL though, burnout is real with these little ones, but we know that the more time you put in now, the better it will be for everyone later on! (And it's much easier to fulfill a 3 year old's needs than a neglected teenager's) 😊

So heartwarming! Your kids are getting an experience of their lives. They will cherish these memories forever. Love the way you are integrating in the local community. Pablo’s Luganda is getting better with each day, it seems.😊. I pray you get your piece of land to grow your own organic food.

I love this simple pretty life, I believe it cures your mind, the children are so grateful to live in that healthy environment. Mama and papa look so amazing and have become younger. I love that you came to Africa and you are taking things step by step, and you are learning as much as you can. Continue doing what you feel is best for your family. Happy New Year

These kids are very lucky. They're already experiencing the benefits of farm life. Somehow, their parents have done it the right way. Seriously I don't remember enjoying farm visits this much at that tender age.

Pablanu, thank you for this video. It was interesting and I learned a lot. Kevin reminds me of the famous Dr. Naluyima, a young lady that turned her husband's small plot into an integrated farming plot including fish and pigs, among other products. Shes on a TED Talk.

Yes, we were struck by that when we first arrived in Entebbe-every house, even the richest ones, have not flowers or nicely manicured lawn, but instead maize and beans in the little strips of earth between the street and their houses. You don't see that in the US or Nigeria! And that's a really cool name for that leaf!

What was the green fruit that Rafa showed to his father? I'd also like to know which crops Kevin normally sprays.
@familiapablanu5 күн бұрын
I'm not sure, but probably a passion fruit. As for Kevin spraying, she doesn't personally spray anything, especially on her plot, because local coffee really doesn't need anything like that.
