I really needed this episode today. I have 2 boys (ages 1 and 4) and I couldnt do even a tree for them this year. We are going to be homeless on jan 1st so we have been putting every dollar into finding an apartment. Application fee after application fee. I got them each a couple hot wheels from dollar tree but this christmas day has been the worst of my life and i am barely holding it together. Thank you for dropping this and giving me a good laugh on a day that i am barely able to stop crying. You guys dont even know how much of an impact you are making by making these episodes. I hope y'all have the BEST day. You deserve it. ❤

I’m the same with the wrapping paper. I have a garbage bag ready for when my kids open gifts. If I don’t, so many things (instructions, toy parts) would be thrown away with the paper.. but I also get overwhelmed with not being able to see the floor. My kids will open a gift, give me the paper and then move onto the next. They also have to open all gifts before pulling the toys out of the boxes. Once they have opened them all, they can open the toys. That way, the floor is clean and we can’t lose the pieces.
