Much respect to everyone! It takes courage to play a grand piano in front of so many people and a camera. Very well played, guys!

I love Guillaume's playing - so honest, so unpretentious, well balanced tone. I enjoyed it very much.

For his first time on a grand piano and playing for an audience, Guillaume was amazing! I learned that Raindrop prelude some years ago. I remember wearing out a cassette tape of Claudio Arrau playing those.

I loved all the music so much but particularly the style of jazz that Kateryna played. What jazz style is it? I assume this is improvised rather than written music I can buy?? I've loved watching all your videos and tutorials!! but would love to find some tutorials for this style too. Can you direct me??

My favorite Beethoven sonata, no 11 in B flat major 😊

Was Kateryna's playing improvised or was it scored jazz-sounding music? She did well. Generally classical pianists do not get the pulse in the jazz grooves and rhythms. Hers was OK.

Thank you! It was music from my Ukrainian friend V. Grigor

Jazz and classical fan. Current favorite pianist is Emmet Cohen. Bill Evans and Oscar Peterson are older ones. I love your channel and miss the 1minute, 5 minute, 1 hour challenges.

Me too ... Also a jazz and classical fan. I was introduced to piano jazz by Marian McPartland's Piano jazz on NPR. My dad also encouraged me to listen to Dave Brubeck. A few of my favorite jazz pianists right now are Fred Hirsch, Marcus Roberts, and Joey Alexander
