A old lady who used to live on the end of our street came all thhe way from the town on her mobility scooter to give our kids a box of biscuits wrapped up. I was blown away x from Victoria x

Oh that worked out well! Six fuzzy socks, puzzles and more, what great fun for you both and those Amazon gift bags are so sweet. I have a few longer ones and keep wondering what one could make out of them. A purse? The light pad was cool. The skeleton puzzle, neato, and look forward to seeing that come to life on your table.

@@PlanetImo I chose not to go to the candlelight evening service to avoid strangers but only 20 showed up and normally 100. No invites due to the virus and everyone I know is 78 and older now. I don't do much for Christmas anymore.

I'm so glad you were able to enjoy christmas. We have a pick and mix cheese, heated rolls, crisps and pickled onions type lunch on Christmas day and our main hot meal in the evening. Hope you're both feeling better today 😍

Thank you - yes we are this evening. I liked having the main meal later because it can be late by the time pressies have been opened and everyone's starving and it can be a bit torturous to wait ages for a big meal to be cooked.

Ahhh it looked like Christmas Day was a success during covid we did the same thing with Cathy's mum with the videochat. You both got some great gifts aswell 🙂

Oh, that light works so well. I have a ring light but the circle reflection in my glasses bothers me. I love zoom calls. I didn't realize how cool they were. We zoomed my son in Chicago and it was almost like seeing him min person.

I have the same trouble with the reflection. I've learned to put two lights either side but above head height. Yes! Zoom was surprisingly good!

We get through many per day and wash them frequently. If we're out all day going to a class for instance, I'll use 3 - one for each train ride and one in the class. With Izzy's college and commute I encourage her to do similar.
