If you can get your cow tail trimming to catch 🔥...I would think that the world Dairy Council(?) might make a blanket recommendation to all dairy operations to adopt the practice, pasturization not withstanding, to "clean-up" the process, even where robot milkers are in use! Oh....Russell thinks it's his "cat" barn...not "calf"....?

Docking is not allowed here in Saskatchewan regardless of if we wanted to or not (which we don’t want to). Sometimes cows will injure themselves as a result of the longer tails which can be very painful. That’s why we trim!
