So I have a size 6 mannequin & I can't get the 18" over the shoulders. Any suggestions?? I am waiting for my 20" to come in the mail & I am going to try the 20" as my 1st one around the waste & may be use another sze to make four layers like maybe a 26". Wish me luck.
