Queen ... can totally relate about the anxiety. Sometimes I'll drive 30 mins to go somewhere, sit in the parking lot then turn back and go home because I am way too anxious to go inside. I thought I was crazy but I'm glad I'm not alone. One step at a time we got this. Some days are better than others and we have to celebrate and appreciate the better days :)

I give you props for being able to share your experiences with anxiety and be so vulnerable. I too struggle and have struggled with anxiety my whole life.. progressively worse overtime, and am finally learning to slowly overcome it step by step. You are doing an amazing job handling it at your own pace and at your own comfort level. There is no right time or right way to do it, just keep going 🥰

I relate so heavily with the nail salon scenario. I had a panic attack once at one because I didn’t like how long my acrylics were, and that was before I knew I had anxiety. I haven’t been able to go back since and it’s been years. My friend now does my nails for me bless her heart❤ some things are just really difficult like that

So relatable, it's so embarrassing to try to explain how anxiety effects you. I just wanted to say, I understand, it happens to me, your not alone. Deep breath and just try again the next day. Do your best- that's all you can do. My anxiety feels better knowing I'm not the only one that feels completely nuts. It took me 2 weeks to get myself to go pick up my prescription from the pharmacy 😑
