I just love you and your videos. The shatterproof ornaments are a life saver! I am sooo accident prone, my husband and girls laugh soo much at some of the things I manage to do. I love how real you are too! I often have trouble relating to some people on here, who have the huge nice houses and constantly have the newest nicest things. For years, I never had much money, so my decor was from dollar tree. Now, my husband and I find that we rather have less but nice and quality decor, rather than alot of decor that is cheap and not as nice. I live that you encourage everyone to decorate how they love and remind everyone that we don't need to have all the newest most expensive things to have a beautiful home.

I have a little suggestion - on the entry way dresser, instead of the trees on the books - how would it look with a red ribbon tied around the books with just a sprig of pine tucked into it? That way you can use the trees in another location.

I really like your dark hair Lauren! I needed this today. I’ve been decorating for almost 2 weeks and now that I’m on the homestretch, I’m totally struggling to get it done. I finally started on my tree last night, spent nearly 2 hours putting on ornaments only to wake up today not liking it so I took them all back off lol. I will say I have done traditional colors (red and green) for the first time in years and I’m so much happier than I was in previous years. It’s just more festive and nostalgic and it’s giving me so much joy
