I suggest if you do stain them, put on a pre-stain so that the wood won't soak up so much of the actual color. They turn out so lovely. Scour some of your second hand stores for little houses. You can do this trick on ceramic or anything really. Hope you'll get lucky and find some 😊

Be careful what paint is used on galvanized. I’ve spray painted galvanized only to have the paint peel off.

Some galvanized has almost an oily finish. If that's washed off thoroughly it does help the paint primer to stick

This year is outlandishly in favor of the Flocked suede look ornaments like BROWNS, GREENS, REDS, PURPLES. ETC. Get my drift? How would those be DONE🥰🥰🤷🏼‍♀️

That is a wonderful question, and you actually can flock your own ornaments. You would have to buy a flocking kit in the colors you need, not sure on the cost as of right now, but I think you've given us another DIY to share! But if you want to get to work on them in the meantime, look up flocking kits on Amazon. Also, be sure to use an adhesive with the flocking so it doesn't leave a trail all over your home 😉 Thank you so much for being with us!! ❤
