Christmas Eve Special | The LeRoys

Christmas breakfast casserole
In pot melt on stove
16 ounces cream cheese
4 tablespoons butter
2/4 cup milk
In a bowl
Beat 12 eggs
2 cups Southern style potatoes
2/4 cup chopped green onion
1 teaspoon salt
2/4 teaspoon basil
Mix it all together
Combined heated mixture to eggs mixture. Poor into a 9 x 13 pan. And refrigerate overnight.
Cook on 350 for 25 minutes or until cooked in the middle.
Then Layer shredded zucchini, chopped tomatoes and chopped cream cheese on top.
Then put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
