Thanks for sharing, it`s sad im a kenyan but I did not get to celebrate Christmas in Kenya,to be honest, I have not celebrated Christmas in Kenya for the last 12 years. I have subscribed to follow your adventure.

Oh no! You must feel a bit downcast about it. I’m so sorry about that. If you could be in Kenya, I know you would. I do hope where you get to spend Christmas next, there’s warmth and love and beauty, even if not in Kenya. Home is were the heart lives ❤️

@@IdleheadOluchi I still do visit Kenya, just not for Christmas because in my working place, they do not allow Dec holidays. So I just visit my family earlier in the year.

About Fort Jesus in Mombasa, lesson is not every national knows the historical facts about their country.😂 The fort was built by the Portuguese.

Ahh oh really?! But a little credit to him though, he even knows it was built by expats and thought it exciting enough to want to share. Some nationals don’t know, and if they did, they’d not think it’s worth sharing

Thank you! It’s really just planning intentionally. I take advantage of public holidays and general holidays a lot, then maybe add a couple of days leave.

The uber driver wasn't abit generous i mean all the countries security is not 100% and challenges are everywhere specially in our third world countries people steal its normal bt he lied to you about people stealing your phones it is possible to get your phone snatched bt its in specific areas bt generally Nairobi is a safe place you can vlog cormfortably without any hiccups or worries

We didn’t feel any bit unsafe tho even with what he said. We understood what he meant. Coming from Lagos Nigeria, that’s typically what you’d hear about the city. But in the real sense, in about, for example, 50 local governments, it’s probably like 2 or 3 with high theft cases amongst the riff-raffs and it’s just a couple of gangs. Not like everyone in the community.

I agree. But the season at the time is actually cold or wet across most African countries. I’d like to know how the weather is during the summer.
