Every year I don’t book a flight to London in December feels like a mistake but I’m lucky I’m subscribed to you so that I can go on a walking tour of the holiday attractions and decor. 🎄 Not a medical professional, but your symptoms remind me of my cousin before she was diagnosed with ITP. Especially the random bruising. I know from experience that it can be scary at times especially when you or the medical professionals around you don’t have the answers but luckily it seems like you’re in good hands. I wish you good health for the rest of the year and going forward. ❤

Aw Dawn! Lots of virtual festive London tours to come so it’ll feel like you’re there until you can physically be there! Ahh I haven’t heard about ITP. Hoping we’ll have some answers soon as it’s always in the back of my mind 🙃 fingers crossed it’s just the vitamin D issue!! xx

Very happy to be here for my 2nd walking tour 😊. Central London is gorgeous and the Korean food looked delish, I’m so hungry now. Lol Thank you for sharing your health updates. I have RA and I know what that fatigue and general sickness feels like and it sucks. I hope you figure it all out. 💕

Happy two year anniversary to the walking tour!! ♥️ sorry to hear about the ongoing symptoms of RA :( hope they are somewhat manageable!! Thank you! Fingers crossed it’s just vitamin D deficiency!

beautiful Shu!! the food looks awesome 😍😍 what skincare products did you use? 🙆♀️
@dejashu2 жыл бұрын
Thank you, Kelly! The food was such a delicious spread! Ooh I’ll mention them in a future vlog but a mix of Vichy, Clinique and Korean skincare - whatever I remember to do. It’s a very simple routine tho 😅😅

People seem to under-estimate vitamin D. It's very important for many bodily functions and general health. Also, everyone should be taking vitamin D during the winter due to the lack of sunshine, our bodies don't make enough naturally this time of year. I take 1000IU (25ug) daily!
@dejashu2 жыл бұрын
Yes! That’s what my medical practitioner say that it’s discounted a lot but it accounts for a lot of symptoms and conditions. The majority of adults in non-sunny locations have a lack of it too! Glad you’re taking your daily one like me!!
