Charlie my dad was a cook one trick he showed me is toast the flour in a pan before using it in the gravy or even in a bechamel it does make a huge difference!

Hi. Port wine is from Portugal. It's a typical Portuguese wine. It is called Porto because of a city with that name in the North of Portugal. From there the wine was exported in boats called rabelo.

I worked in nursing homes here in the U.S for over 20 yrs. this kindness will be greatly appreciated that I’m sure of.Always enjoy your vlogs you,Charlie and the boys brighten up my day. just an observation from a city person who married into a big agriculture family.. apparently walking in the fields is fine IF IF you stay on the head lands or spray track we have allot of people who walk where ever and worse rip around a field without permission on dirt bikes. etc. Just an observation is all it makes for good neighbours, it is also just a suggestion.
