1,400 kg. sifted flour of the highest grade
100 g. butter
100 g. margarine (you can use 200 g of only butter or margarine, whatever you have)
100 g. fat (lard)
50 g. fresh yeast
0.5 l warm milk
5 eggs
2 egg yolks for greasing ready-made rolls + 2 tablespoons of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of salt
250-300g. sugar (kalachi are moderately sweet)
1 tablespoon of cognac
2 tablespoons of oil
✏️Filling:
100 g. candied fruit
50 g. raisins
poppy filling is ready
