I don't understand why so many people don't like leftovers. They are delicious. The grease on the food just sitting on it over night and blend back in the food when you reheat it makes it so good.

My father has an amazing recipe for pork stew with leeks, he pretty much loves leeks. I do appreciate all those leftovers recipes not just Christmas ones, I mean if you give it a serious thought on how much food goes to waste and starvation in parts of the world. Hi Jamie this year for the first time the wife and I did our own Yorkshire pudding following your recipe and instruction and not one of those pre packet things ..that tip with the preheated hot oil ...WOW...they came out looking just like the ones you did, best Yorkshires the wife and I have ever had, made our Christmas dinner special ..thank you ;) I wish I could put the picture of them on here(yes I took pictures and sent them to the family on Fb lol) and now we're going for this !!!! love it

My grandmother, God bless her, was a terrible cook but one thing she could prepare well was Bubble and Squeak. When I was able to visit her in Wales I would ask her if we could braise lamb chops and have Bubble and Squeak.
