I’ve cooked the braised cabbage recipe twice now as a side dish to roast beef Christmas dinner. Loved by ME and family here. Now my daughter (in another state) is making it for HER family and friends for her holiday table this year. Thank you Jamie.

I never thought when you came into my high school ten years ago and took my french fries off my school menu I’d stick around. And here I am about to try some of these recipes on a whim because I have really gotten into making dinner fun. Thanks for all the ideas!

Carrot top pesto!!! A big bunch of carrot tops, a can of cannellini beans, 1 lemon (if it's organic, don't bother to peel) a bit of garlic to taste, in the food processor, and voilà! Use on fresh baked bread, crackers, in soups, on pasta, thinned with water for salad dressing... plant-based, no oil (sorry Jamie!) good for your health!

I use carrots in almost all my dishes. They give colour and sweetness. Lately i use them in my bake potatoes. Also, i love capage. In Greece we used it mostly in salads, but i will try your version, my dear Oliver. Merry Christmas and a happy new Year to all of you! Greetings from Greece 🇬🇷❤️
