I haven't bought paper products in 40 years. You did good and won't miss it. I have a huge drawer of lovely,thrifted napkins and it's so easy just throwing in with my laundry, not even noticed as something extra it's sl small.

We have a Sam’s but no Costco. Wish we had one. Seems like Costco has more variety. As I was watching you load the groceries into your truck bed, I was curious why you don’t bring bags or boxes to pack your items. It makes it so much easier to carry into the house and keeps things from rolling around.

I love the chuck roast after the meal I cut it up more and make my vegetable soup which we dearly love it this time of the year!

Hi Sarah, I love hauls also. You talked about not using paper plates, not only does it save money but it’s also better for the environment. The trees are left in the ground to make fresh air and little to no trash to dispose of. You’re a green warrior 😂. I’m 78 years old so I really don’t need to worry about the planet but I have grand-daughters and I would like them to have a lovely place to live their lives. Seems Violet likes her food - that’s great she is so slim she must use a lot of energy just growing, every time I catch a glimpse of her she seems taller, I did notice her boots had a slight heel so maybe it’s all an optical illusion. I cut the end off and wash it, stand it up so it can drain and dry properly. I set it on clean paper towels. Once dry, I wrap it in paper towels and then put in a ziplock. It’ll last for about 3 weeks to a month.❤️

I know to each their own but I hate wasting food . My family too really doesn’t do leftovers unless it’s lasagna or enchiladas caserole . But with that roast I would totally use left overs for rolled beef taquitos . Yum TFS this looks like I need to head over to Costco

Costco has a good selection of food if you buy in bulk and it’s just me I do not buy in bulk, and as far as the K cups if you buy the refillable ones, it’s a whole lot cheaper and also better for the environment Buy enough for a whole week and fill them up😊
