Christmas Special Homemade Cake without Oven by Chef Damu

Happy new year chef 2023. Thank you. Tried it with powder jaggery. Felt tht sugar is less with jaggery. Took nearly 2h with tawa type. But came out very soft like a brownie or fudge cake. It did come up but top was seen as concave don't know why. Thts why said its like brownie. But super cake for first timer. Thank you.
