I cannot believe you have been doing your own nails for years, they always look so professional. I love the cats eye effect. I don't wear nail polish or have longer nails. As a nurse I am not allowed, and after 38years, I can't abide my nails going over the ends of my fingers. That does not stop me admiring others. Beautiful job Ann. I soak them in acetone for about 20 minutes x

Love the cats eye effect. I'm a paraplegic in a wheelchair and have my nails done with shellac. As the wheels chip my nails and split my fingers leaving them sore. But since I started having them done , no more sore fingers and I have nails.

I too loved the tips on how you do your nails, but how do you remove the gel polish without destroying your nails? I have tried different ways suggested by beauty supply store(USA) ,they didn't work without ruining my nails.

Ah ok, yes that’s what I found, thought I was doing it wrong, used an electric file in the end, ruined my nails so back to the nail shop until my nails have repaired themselves 😢, love how your nails look x

@Pat James actually I have discovered a product that you paint on and it removes the gel in 10 minutes. It's really good. I've used it twice and I am very impressed xx
