I have MND too. This video makes me realise how very lucky I am. Mark is only 46, I'm 64. We've both passed our 2 years since diagnosis point yet I only have difficulty walking. Merry christmas Mark, stay strong mate 💪

Absolutely heartbreaking for such a young man and his family to be going through such a horrific disease, our family have been through this with my father in law who passed in 2019, very poignant video from Mark and would have taken great courage to do so. Hope you have a special one with your family and friends, it’s about making memories that will live with them forever 😢❤️
