I hope you have a lovely Christmas day with your family meal...this is off topic but I am very grateful for your sprouts recepy, it's defiantly the best way, I do it quite often and they are so crunchy and flaversome, I once ate them all straight from the pan...alot of people here in UK HATE sprouts, but that's because they have had them over boiled with no flavour, ,,, I told a lady on the checkout at my supermarket today about your sprouts recepy and she was listening carefully.

The best panettone is made in Brazil by "Bauducco", a traditional Brazilian company founded by Italian immigrants. They have a plant in Miami. It shouldn't be difficult to find.

I remember going to a fish and chips stand and them having these delicious golden brown circle home fry potatoes... they were battered I think .... and I remember they had paprika sprinkled on top... they were so good and would love it if you could recreate them for me... as it’s been a good 14ish years since I ate them
