Happy Birthday, Sara! Girl, I completely understand about the weather in MS. We are from TN, my husband and I moved to MS in 2014 when he was relocated via his company and lived there for four years. I missed the cooler/cold weather of TN in the fall and winter! We were wearing shorts in December! We lived in Madison, MS. Personally, I wouldn’t add the plates. It takes away from the feel of what you have going on. 😊
