I loved seeing all of your different ideas. The silver icicles were popular in the sixties, as I grew up in that era; I can remember every Christmas we had the silver icicles on our tree. Also, the Christmas lights that were different with the iced look on them, we had them on our Christmas tree. They were my favorite lights on our tree.

Love the floral arrangement on the riser, the so cool handmade wreath on the door, those to die for doily stockings and just about everything else in the store! 😁❤. Great video! 👍 Thank you for sharing all these yummies with us!

Icicles as far back as I can remember were o trees in 40s - 50s - 60s- 70s. I think they stopped in our area in 1980s

🎄WoW, we had the plastic coated 'sugar lamps/bulbs in the late 1960s. The last tree you showed looks just like the live Douglas Fir Christmas trees we had in the 1950s, 60s and 70s with the lead tinsel icicles. They took the lead ones off of the market due to danger to kids and pets and came out with plastic ones that didn't drape nicely and would get hung up on branch tips as you walked past. They didn't sell very well and went out of style... Love this video, retro and antique are my favorites. ❤

Tinsel on trees goes as far back as the 1600s in Germany.
