Seriously made me cry when your mom got emotional... No words... It's so cool that you could give her a gift like that, it's really amazing how we can come full circle and take care of our parents, giving them surprises and giving them all the love and care they gave us... I know it just looks like a laptop, but if you know, if you can see the love and emotion, it's soooooo much more! Also, the tamales de queso y rajas made me soooo hungry!!!! And the ponche!

When you were in the kitchen making the tamales with your mom and sister with the music on I felt like I was there too. It felt so familiar. I could smell the kitchen and feel the warmth from the vaporera, the chisme and the overall love. I also love how we Mexicans speak and use diminutivos. Le ponemos quesito, agüita, canelita.
