About the Korean Hot Dogs: you've mentioned that you chose the "rice cake" version. That most likely means that you've got one with cheese and rice cake. That's it. You gotta actually choose one that claims that it has sausage in it. Otherwise you only get a fried cheese stick. Obviously Kevin's had a tiny piece of fish sausage it seems, which is a lil scammy, ngl, but fish sausages are usually very subtle in flavor, so y'all might have even eaten fish sausage but didn't taste it because everything else was way too flavorful compared to the fish sausage itself. I highly recommend some of these Korean street vendor type videos on KZbin. They show you how they do it, so that you get an idea what's in it ^^ Regarding the Bubble Tea: The version that you've got was matcha with tapioca pearls (Boba). These ones are the chewy kind that are boiled tapioca starch pearls that are kept in a brown sugar syrup. They aren't supposed to be too mushy or hard btw! If you want the popping boba, you gotta ask for those specifically, because the standard in most drinks are the chewy pearls. Next time, if you want popping boba, you gotta tell the people at the store. Hope that helps~❤

13:50 these tapioca pearls are the original “Boba” in Bubble Tea. Popping Boba came after, so most drinks either already have tapioca pearls or you can add them in. Also a great tip is that before you put the straw in, give it a proper shake so the pearls aren’t just sitting on the bottom. This allows you to sip less pearls right off the bat without finishing them half way.

Though this may just be me talking to myself, I just really wanted to thank you for helping me start to regain confidence. I’ve watched you for quite some time now. In 2022 and you helped me with taking care of myself more:) In 2022 I suffered from multiple eating disorder and my health was declining quickly, multiple hospital visits, hurting my family as well in the process. I wont get into the details since it can be triggering but it had gotten really bad. But as I began to watch you I began to use your advice and tactics to heal my relationship with food and it’s been going fairly well, there’s slip up’s once in a while, but I don’t beat myself up about it like I used to do! I’m 17, soon to be 18 now and I’ve been going to the gym more constantly, and I honestly thank you for helping me through these things even though I’m mostly a silent viewer aha Keep doing what you’re doing!!
