Just some sisterly advice!! ❤when brushing or combing your hair start from the bottom and work your way to the top. When you brush your hair from the top, you’re more likely to rip the hair from the root. It’ll cause less stress on the hair.

I'm 57.. I've had Hidradenitis Suppurativa before they gave it that name. The prescription ointment helps. I usually use warm compresses, then let it drain when it comes to a head. I have those same kind of scars.. nothing to be ashamed of, it's just one of those random medical conditions with an unknown cause.. got a couple right now.. Hi Sierra , regarding your Hidradenitis Suppurativa , I have patients with mild cases like yours who use Hibiclens that is a body wash to treat the affected areas . It is a chlorhexidine wash . It is recommended to leave on affected area for 5 minutes then rinse off . It kills the hs bacteria. 🎈❤️
