lovely cozy room atmosphere so befitting to your themed journal ...........and how right you are ..............it can be a journal created for any holiday or occasion. We are also fortunate to not only receive creative inspiration from you but you also share with us wonderful visual scans of Freddie, the outdoors and your wonderful art goodies. And speaking of goodies..... I went online and looked up Jaffa Cakes. There was a court case to determine if they were cakes or biscuits . I was reminded as I watched this that I have been saving some muffin boxes from Trader Joe’s that I think would be just perfect for this sort of thing. @@janetnash Oh Yes, wouldn't it be lovely to own a Mary Poppins or Hermione bag.👜✨👜.Sometimes I think our creative spaces are like those bags, you never know what your are going to find. The lovely penguin box just goes to show how one person's trash can definitely be another's treasure. Would you believe this week whilst out on a drive I found a Toshiba sewing machine on the nature strip, it is the second abandoned sewing machine i have come across this year. The other is a fabulous vintage green machine made in the fifties, I think they will both work after a good service , will hold onto the green and donate the toshiba. Rest well💖🪡

Oh Becky great to see you, they are an all year round treat really, it’s just when I saw the box I thought journal !! I did a simple one last year just papers folded over and elastic, it brought a lot of comfort to be able to create without any pressure. Go gently with yourself and enjoy you’re Grandma hugs 🩵

Lindsey thank you so much, she is electric. 1950’s it belonged to my sister-in-laws Mother and she gave her to me, 1050’s came with the manual, one careful owner. I do use her some much, I draw names out of a hat and the community named her ‘ Seraphina ‘

Have just found out that the company that makes my lovely breakfast biscuits must have gone out of business as I can't find them in two local shops but two or three more to visit yet.
