anyone commenting FS versus HT simply hasent been on the S works epic. just as light. works like a HT with brain. Hardtail would be better for climbing but FS allows them to be more comfortable and save energy over all the small bumps on this course. Just my opinion owning both Epics FS/HT.

In world cup races (unsure about this US Cup race) you have to use the same bike in XCC short track as you plan to use for the longer XCO race and they for sure want the FS bike for this full course
