Christopher Burbank on the biased and broken U.S. criminal justice system

This event, titled "Police Profiling: Causes and Consequences" featured experts on police policies that have fueled extensive racial and other profiling, the expansion of mass incarceration, and the effects of these policies and practices.
Christopher Burbank is the Chief of Police for the Salt Lake City Police Department. He speaks widely on the best practices for equitable, community-oriented policing and was among those who signed the amicus brief opposing the Stop and Frisk policy in NYC.
