I would love to see you do some of those seams, like the second one, around a corner of leather. I am interested in knowing how you get the layers which are folded under to smoothly be sewn in a right angle, like for example on a flat piece of leather like a cover flap for a bag. I tried with my Soprano, with many kind of needles, and thread and I cannot have a good stitch , i do not have this problem with my pfaff 130 so I don’t know what to do more can you tell me some tips? Thanks

Great video! There's so few videos or even web information out there on machine sewing leather, so thank you so much for this. I just got a Unity, do you think all Babylock machines can handle leather? I would hate to test it on an expensive machine only to break it! Would the dual foot work or do you have to use teflon? Also, how come you don't do any backstitching?
