Hi Christopher. The 1992 Spanish coin was for the Barcelona Olympics and at 5:54 you can see the Olympic rings to the right of the '92. With your Fils, Dirham confusion, 100 Fils fills a Dirham.

I've got an American quarter dollar (Got in some change, a couple years ago). It's a rotation error coin. The head and "In America we trust" text is upside down)
