When you are filling the peanut butter cups or the chocolate mold pour your melted chocolate into a squeeze bottle …..makes the process a whole lot easier!

Thank you, Christopher. No matter how hard I try to be prepared, I almost always have someone I have forgotten or who showed up unexpectedly and need a little gift for. These are lovely. My go to is sugared grapefruit or orange peel. It is super easy, you take the rind off of a grapefruit or orange, my favorite is the grapefruit. You remove as much of the white pith as you can. You place in a saucepan with water and sugar and you boil for about 15 minutes. I then remove and put them into a new water/sugar bath and cook again for about 10 minutes. I then remove and dust with either castor sugar or finely milled sugar. They are really yummy if you like the citrus taste. I put them in a bag with a bow and call it good!

I am so happy that you came up in my online feed for baking and candy making. You have made this so easy for me to do. There are other websites that are also good, but it is confusing for me to remember which chocolate brand shouldn't go higher than a certain degree and what to put in it to thin it or not thin it. With your demo it's a very simple process and I can enjoy the process as I make it. Thank you so much Christopher. I am going to look into your other videos too. Your process reminds me of the old fashion way of baking to enjoy the holiday!

Use parchment paper. It comes right off after it hardens, and you bang the pan to crack it!😊 I do tons of chocolate gifts like this every year. People love it. Try doing chocolate s'more huge hit, layer of melted chocolate ,layer of graham crackers whole squares , layer of melted large marshmallow, then another layer of grahm crackers. , then drizzle chocolate on top, chill and cut in small squares, excellant treat kids love it!😊

Barks are actually fake chocolate. They contain no cocoa at all, just fats and sugars with flavorings. Their big advantage is ease of melting.

I like to dip the orange slice candy into the almond bark, as well as tootsie roll minis and Oreos. I use a toothpick to dip and put onto parchment paper. Sometimes, I'll dip one end of the orange slice candy in the chocolate bark and the other in vanilla bark. Gum drops and graham crackers would also be good to dip in almond bark.

If you use an insta pot as a double boiler, you don't need to worry about having to hurry, or reheat the chocolate. Once the 2 cup of water begins to steam, you place your glass or metal bowl on top, making sure it doesn't touch the water; and turn the installer to keep warm. It'll stay that way as long as you need it to. If you don't have time to finish, just unplug the insta pot, cover the bowl of chocolate with a towel, and bring it up to boil on the saute setting, and turn it to keep warm, when you have time to finish.
