The more I see from Christopher Kimball, the more I am impressed. Consistently brilliant recipes. The guy (credit to this cohorts too) is a genius!

I love to cook. More accurately, I love to eat interesting and different food. Unfortunately if I want that type of food I must make it myself. Although I don’t hate the process, I don’t exactly look forward to it. I really appreciate really good recipes, different and interesting, without a long and laborious process. Milk Street to the rescue. I will have no issue trying most of the recipes here.

Ah Chris, I'm so glad that I found you. I was unaware of your new show. I thought you retired from ATK, but found you through the comments of one of their KZbin videos. I love this format, and am happy seeing you do what you've always done so well. Thanks for the numerous recipes, vast culinary education and countless hours of entertainment. Wishing you continued success.
