Chris, great comprehensive video! One quick question, if you have already sharpened your knives in the 15xv and they start to dull do you need to go through all the stages to sharpen them again or can you use just stage three. I would love your input and thanks again for the video.

If you try to sharpen serrated knives with this machine you will RUIN YOUR KNIVES!! DO NOT USE THIS MACHINE ON YOUR SERRATED KNIVES!! (I learned the hard way).
