GUVE YOUR TURRETS THE ACCURACY AMMO! You can give them ammo with the resupply perk. And it makes all those shots from super deep more likely to hit! And since they never run out of ammo, you only have to give it once.

You really should get Tracking. The unit becomes a walking Battle Scanner, the skill happens automatically, so no cooldown or AP cost. She would be awesome in the take out the General missions.

Yes I had a unit with tracking that went in *every* sewers/subway mission and it's a game changer.

It also lets them equip a psi amp as secondary instead of autopistol, for more gem slots :) (but no pistol overwatch/shooting then)

best psi grading are to people with secondary that they don't use (pistol carrier with no pistol skills) cause allows them to use psi amp

@@TheBlobik Yeah, Kainoa doesn't have a secondary, but ironically she benefits more than most from the +1 mobility given by Travel Light since so many of her skills are based around movement.

I can't remember who but it was like 2 subway missions ago and it couldn't only be applied on 1 unit at a time but like 4 charges. I think it was the artisan class...

Grading also makes sense for captured exalt psionic soldiers. It gives a PSI offense bonus, thus making them stronger. Domination chances, elemental damage ...

Sending your soldiers you want to grade on improve combat intelligence covert ops is well worth it. Templates are a good choice and the grading gives them an ability to cast free psionic abilities/reset cooldowns

I wonder if the AI do have some kinda of weight risk and reward system code written into it. Like sacrifice a trooper to throw a Grenade at a group of x-com soldiers or Lost. Because they know that they still have a lot of powerful unit left to use.

Autogun is good when using a sniper although the higher level ones are a must. Also the bombardment protocol has one charge if you don't have a bit equipped

You really should give reapers an ammo slot (experimental mag) if they get the banish skill it will be extremely useful

Psi grading is where the earlier faction missions to raise combat intelligence could have broadened the number of candidates (and brought in a bunch more AP for skills).

I've never seen a mission where the lost won. The headshot extra turn and melee only attacks stacks so hard against them that any buff needs to be able to compensate.

Commander, if you're looking for another XCOM-like after this season ends, I cannot recommend Tactical Breach Wizards enough. It's more of a puzzle game combined with turn-based tactics, but it's awesome

It feels like this mission type in this mod pack has become prohibitively difficult, to the point that actually playing them out with the intended game of a competitive race to tag crates is disincentivised. I would love to see later-game lost get something like AP or shred so that they can actually scratch all these armoured enemies. Even with that, it seems like enemy numbers on these missions might need re-examining.

Hmm, a lot of soldiers available overall for this, fortunately. However, it's a bit rough that Oscuridad, Vavau, and Strauss were all busy at the critical moment, so Snow Queen was the only top cannon user available. Hopefully that relative lack of shredding and heavy firepower doesn't bite you.

How does perfect plan work with quick feet, because aren’t they similar. Vanish with quick feet or perfect plan seem very good on supply missions, if you could decrease detection radius she would be very good stealth unit

Tbh I think vanish with 2 turn cooldown is a better system than the reaper reveal with each additional shot

Im fine with oscuridad getting improved intelligence. But its semi-useless for your plans because we should never make her a psionic because we lose her entire current skill tree. And even if shes a cannon carrier why would you ever take a shot over dominating or void rifting a unit? Edit: unless i misunderstand how making a psionic unit works. But i assume its like cybernetic hitman

ugh... the Jays are just not the team where all the superstars want to go. To drag Soto to the Jays we'd have needed to offer him like $100 million more than the other teams. Missed out on Otahni, and now Soto. It's sad. That being said, I blame the management. Atkins and Shapiro are morons with a history of questionable moves. The first step to a rebuild should start with them.

You must be new to the channel, otherwise you would now this is an annual season of xcom, where the original game is improved by modding. If you look at the credits at the end of the game, you will see how important it is to the community on this channel as its a playalong, with many subs and members playing along with Odd. So the answer to your question is, when the game is done. And this happens every year.
