Everyone B1 gives most people bad reactions in the beginning but you have to keep taking it. It’s called a paradoxical reaction. Take it with high quality magnesium because B1 uses magnesium to work and you’ll be fine

Hi Christy, try high-dose Biotin, having a bad reaction to vitamin B1 can i think exacerbate an already existing "Biotin" deficiency as B1 and Biotin do the opposite reactions to one another in the body yet they are both involved in energy metabolism, i had the same reaction as you to Benfotiamine i almost threw up nd my heart pounded so hard i couldn't bare it yet biotin helps my chronic fatigue syndrome.

The bad reaction is temporary

Check your ferritin levels. I thought my vit Bs were low and the culprit, but while my hemoglobin was low normal, my ferritin was rock bottom at 8. Conventional docs would write it off as minor and ask you to “take some iron pills”. Once you hit 15 for ferritin, the lab would tell you you’re normal, but reality is you need to be at 100. Especially, if you’re taking zinc ( which is an antagonist of copper, and copper is needed to store iron ((ferritin)). Especially, since you’ve given birth. Iron deficiency anemia symptoms are almost 90% the same as PotS. I have been diagnosed with pots… I refused the beta blockers from the neurologist and my crazy heart.

I work as a labourer so basically it's manual hard work. I have been suffering from chronic fatigue and brain fog, so I ordered benfotamine, which took about 2 weeks. Meanwhile, I took coQ10, I could feel the energy and my body not experiencing pain as I used to before. This has helped me a lot and maybe it might help you too.

Have you tried the Dynamic Neural Retraining system? Or the Gupta program. Medical medium protocols also extremely helpful
@SimpleMomming3 жыл бұрын
I have not tried those. Thanks for sharing!
@michaelgoins83822 жыл бұрын
Christy, take sulbutiamine. It's much better than thiamine because its composed of two thiamines connected by a sulfur and is more effective than thiamine for what you need. Benfotiamine doesn't do the job because it doesnt cross the brain blood barrier like sulbutiamine. You'll pop right up off that couch with sulbutiamine. Sulbutiamine is oil soluble so take it with eating fats. Check it out. Another thing, spore probiotics with Bacillus subtilus HU58, because regular probiotics do not work, only spore type probiotics actually work. Remember, your gut and your brain talk to each other. If your gut biome is messed up, it will send the wrong instruction signals to your brain. There's other supplements out there, too. But research these two items. Good luck!

I’m struggling too. My resting is 60-65 and it’ll jump to 130- 140 sometimes. Only time I feel good is resting I want my life back so bad. I have a natures made b1… can I micro dose it?? Is it safe
@SimpleMomming3 жыл бұрын
I’m sorry you’re going through this 😞 I know exactly what you mean about only feeling good while resting. I used to think I was just lazy because after having these symptoms for so many years I almost forgot for a period why I was that way. But I truly believe there is an answer to each of our symptoms that if we can find out we’ll get better ❤️🩹. Never give up on yourself! I’ll share if I find anything that works!
@SimpleMomming3 жыл бұрын
Oh I forgot to say, I am not super familiar with that brand of b1. I would just research, check reviews, ask a doctor (if they’ll listen to you), and go slow! I’m going to try the Allithiamine form of b1 next because I had a bad reaction to the other one I tried.

I believe it’s also symptoms of something else. In my case and a co-workers of mine it was triggered by mononucleosis espstein barr virus. I’ve noticed salt pills and vitamin C pills help. My symptoms are also worse when I’m on my period.Symptoms are way worse. I also was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, so I have flares or intense pain too.

Did it go away without oxolates
@Dan-ji5rx3 жыл бұрын
@@monkeybearmax not yet, oxalates stores in the body and unfortunately takes years to eliminate it all. I did have patches where the fatigue has lessened to almost normal but the body eliminates stored oxalates in stages, and during and elimination period a lot of symptoms get worse including fatigue.

@@Dan-ji5rx thanks for your response.... how do you know that this is the cause of ur fatigue? Is there a test for it or did u just try an Elimination diet and have a little success?

Have you tested for Lyme disease? One comment below suggested neural retraining, I have tried it and found it very helpful. My holistic dentist recommended it to me, she also had Lyme and was only cured after using the the neural retraining in conjunction with her other treatment protocol.

Did you ever take that fursaltiamine? I've taken it at various times over the years. It has helped some symptoms at times. The big thing now is low does naltrexone. Less may even even be more like staying at 1mg.

Sounds like you have POTS, but I think it’s not a real diagnosis, it’s more of a symptom. It’s cause is unknown (probably multi factorial) and there are no known cures as well unless you can get to the root. My daughter was diagnosed with POTS, and doctors don’t know what to do to really help (they all say drink lots of water, take in extra salt and wear compression leggings). If you have stomach issues (my daughter has lots of stomach nausea and pain, even after drinking water), look into MALS (Median Arcuate Ligament Syndrome), which could be the cause of, or at least contribute to both stomach pain and POTS.

Hi Christy, just fixed my ME/CFS after 16 years.. the last 6 years have been literally crawling through life. Just jumping in here as my findings may help you and others!? Firstly ask yourself.. if you eat the correct human diet why on earth should we need manufactured supplements?? (snake oil for profit) I only used B1 thiamin TTFD for a short while.. B1 deficiency is related to anxiety/depression.. along with magnesium deficiency. Carnivore/Keto is the proper human diet.. ask our ancestors ;) I recovered by eating bacon eggs beef and LIVER! The most nutritiously dense food available to man! Stay below 20-50grams of carbohydrates per day.. roughly one medium potato. Make sure you are getting 3-6grams of salt per day.. I use Redmonds! Do not ingest Fluoride! Tap water and commercial toothpaste Eeeeek! Distill your drinking water! Zero SUGAR.. Zero processed foods.. Zero seed oils.. these are dangerous! Zero Gluten..Zero Grains! But above all... the biggest contributors to my recovery have been Dimethyl Sulfoxide DMSO oil. Watch Amandah Vollmer! and the greatest hidden truth.. Ozone therapy! ;) Have a listen to Frank Shallenberger. Good luck all you guys.. I truly feel for any body suffering.. Namaste.

Check out Dr darren schimdt kzbin.info/www/bejne/oIfIlYqvbqaqqKM Also check you have never been exposed to Mold.. have you ever lived in a water damaged building?
