Of all the herpetologists / snake hunters I listen to on KZbin, you are the most detailed in your explanations and learning. Thanks for teaching me about some of the good stuff. Saw a Chinese Cobra that hooded up on my walk yesterday and thought of you.

I don't know the specifics but here in the States we have 2 types of rabies , the aggressive /angry type , and the mellow / friendly type . It happened to me once with a raccoon that had the friendly type . I didn't know any better and it had no fear of humans , walked right up to me and I thought oh what a cute little raccoon . Why does he keep standing up every few minutes and fall over backwards convulsing .I am so glad I didn't pet or pick it up like I wanted to. Your encounter with the civet made me think about it . Be careful

If you want to help your favorite channels, let their ads play through if 30 seconds or less. If longer than 30 seconds let them play at least 30 seconds, then skip, otherwise the video makes zero money.
