I feel like Nobunaga having a soft spot for Gon, really made him not take the whole situation too serious. They got away, but how much did Nobunaga really care. I think he always knew it was never gonna happen, but just kinda wanted Gon around as long as possible, because he reminded him of his dear friend Uvo.

Btw the word that chrollo uses at 14:04 is "Ooabare" that means: rampaging, raging violently, going berserk And at 15:43 it seems to be "Hade ni yare" that can be translated as "do it flashy, loudly" to be precise, so that combined with what feitans says before, it means "Go berserk and do it in a flashy way", absolute peak.

@@charfree6888 over all in the manga they show more of his abilities and explain a lot better why he’s such a big deal being a specialist. His whole backstory is scrapped from the anime but he has such an interesting backstory of how he became the master of the phantom troupe. The whole fight against the Zoldyks wasn’t shown in the anime but that fight along with the one against *spoiler alert* Hisoka portraits perfectly how smart and powerful he is. His only downside is wanting to steal abilities mid fight.

Ep 51 is one of the best eps or the best ep of the Yorknew city arc for me. I'm still in the process of binging HxH yet I have seen ep 51 multiple times. The "Requiem" scene, I was not expecting something like that out of HxH. It sort of elevated the whole series for me. Also Chrollo is sick af.

Y’all intentionally editing in small details like Chrollo closing the book, are so brilliant. Such an interesting editing choice. To a first time viewer, nothing. But to anyone who’s seen HxH, a crucial detail. This choice completely demonstrates your understanding of the story, allowing y’all to perfectly capture the essence of the story. Yet, it is always rewarding to go back and actually watch the anime for all the beautiful details and animation. I literally watched Toji destroy a curse the first time, then watched your react, then went back and watched Toji do it all again. I’m glad y’all present it the way y’all do. It’s just *chefs kiss*. I hate saying things are perfect, but y’all do a damn fine job. I was just starting to watch y’all react in the vid directly following this one, and y’all were speculating on chrollos power. So I had to see if this episode showed him doing it and if y’all included it. Which led to this. Love y’all, keep up the great work!

Great reaction, this is my fav chapter form the yorknew as well, first we see chrollo crying, this was a peak moment for me, I think it was very emotional, I remember crying seeing this scene for the first time, then we get the whole requiem scene, easily top 5 HxH moments. Notice that there was no ending in this episode, this is the only moment that this happens in the entire anime, this chapter is THAT great.

The horny murder clown is very intelligent n when it comes to someone that “does it for him” he plans meticulously but is also spontaneous n takes chances and jumps on any opportunity that arises. He waits patiently but also puts things in motion early on. I know this won’t make sense but Hisoka…current Hisoka is a whole NEW ANIMAL and is different from earlier Hisoka! 🤔 but I just don’t know how yet, just a completely different presence then b4!!! Please don't cut anything off from the reactions to episodes 56 and 57. In episode 57 there is an absolutely legendary scene with Chrollo in a car from the 90s. It would suck if this scene was cut. I just noticed that you sometimes remove many creepy, extraordinary moments from reactions, but episodes 56 and 57 are too iconic for that. Every minute is valuable, considering that later Hunter Hunter will not have such a top arc

Y’all don’t get mad at me, but I actually prefer the dub for the chrollo poem episode. The poem is so much prettier in the dub, and instead of the 1 rule being to “go absolutely crazy”, in the dub he says “make it a big show” which sounds cooler to me.

whether it will bleed or not (the hand) it's because gon is not using any nen when he arm wrestle with the guy.. he only use it on the last one just see from the aura.. in killua case he already envelop his whole body in nen hence punching and broke the wall do nothing to his hand.. for their further training and more explanation about nen it's in the future but that's that for now
