I’ve had mine for 4 years. It goes wherever I go on bike, by car or on foot, usually loaded with ~10-20lbs of stuff, and the abuse was starting to show. A couple of wool cycles in the washing machine and it looks like new. Only visible sign of wear is the tarpaulin liner is no longer waterproof, as it has started to delaminate in the corners. I wish the liner was detachable so it could be swapped out. It’s made from about 2$ worth of material, and less than 5 minutes of cutting and sewing.

There's a lifetime warranty so I bet you could get it replaced because of the liner
