I’ve had the same Chrome Metropolis messenger that I bought 8 years ago. That was when I was motorcycle commuting. Now I road bike commute and still use the same bag. They are weather proof 100%. They really are long lasting.

im kind of scared for a laptop i have a 14inch omen laptop but i dont see like a dedicated spot for it and i fear it could fall off when jumping on my bike or anything like that, maybe im a little skeptical but if you could do any video about i would really love it,

It looks like a very nice bag. Thanks for the review. But I wonder about the usefulness of a 24 litre capacity and such a big bag to go to work every day. You don't move, you just go to work...

Long lasting maybe, but felt flimsy and with no structure, more like a bag for potatoes. Sold it and moved to another one.

@@Slippinsidewayz Mixed Works Hawk, and never looked back. That was my 4th bag in 2 year long pursuit in finding a 'perfect' messenger bag. Sold other 3. Cheers.

@@drazenbabich I should support my countrymen, but I dunno. The Echelon has so many things going for it. Especially the magnetic buckles that close themselves - those are super convenient - you have to try them to see for yourself. And then there's the extra strap on the echelon, that makes it an x-harness. And the yellow liner. And the u-lock attachment point. And the straps for oversize loads. And the laptop sleeve on the outside (meaning further from your back) of the main compartment. Check out LBB's video demo of it - they made a super-nice bag. Plus, the hawk is like 180 euro, echelon is 115 usd (plus shipping from jakarta), though I did get the upgraded version with the cobra buckle (an expensive upgrade, considering).
